A company opening operations in the Grecia Free Trade Zone is seeking to hire an Office Manager.
This is a strategic position that will act as the right hand of the Site Manager, ensuring operational order, administrative excellence, and seamless execution within a dynamic, international, high-standard environment.
Candidate Profile
Technical diploma or university degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience supporting senior management or executive roles.
Fluency in English and Spanish (German is a strong strategic plus).
Highly organized, proactive, reliable, with a hands-on mindset.
Ability to work with autonomy, discretion, confidentiality, and results-driven focus.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to the Site Manager / Managing Director.
Manage calendars, meetings, presentations, and confidential documentation.
Coordinate daily office operations and interaction with local service providers.
Act as a key liaison with Headquarters in Germany and external advisors (legal, financial, immigration).
Organize domestic and international travel and support immigration-related processes.
Anticipate needs, resolve administrative bottlenecks, and proactively propose process improvements.
