A company that will begin operations in the Grecia Industrial Zone is seeking to hire its HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiting & Development) to lead end-to-end recruitment, design onboarding and training programs, and actively contribute to building a strong, people-oriented, and compliance-driven culture.

Profile We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and/or development, ideally in industrial or regulated environments.

• Experience in start-up operations or accelerated growth (desirable).

• Advanced English and Spanish.

• Hands-on, organized, solution-oriented, and execution-focused profile.
