I’m excited to share that we are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team in San José, Santa Ana.
This is a key role for us—someone who ensures our operation runs smoothly, supports different areas (HR, Marketing, Operations), and helps us maintain the service excellence our clients expect.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Great at coordination and follow-up
• Comfortable handling administrative, operational and financial tasks
• Service-driven, proactive, and eager to grow
• Experienced in similar roles (3+ years)
• Strong in MS Office and intermediate–advanced English
