Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales strategy and growth execution — real estate sector experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performance teams and driving operational excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Must reside in Guanacaste / Tamarindo area or nearby surroundings.
• High capability in talent development, team empowerment and accountability culture; strong results orientation, strategic mindset and top-tier communication skills.
